About the Event

Soul Studio, by Afora CIC in collaboration with Barkingside Art Club, is a free monthly creative project for SEND parents across Redbridge.

This is a judgement-free, welcoming space designed for parents to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through creativity.
Here, your lived experience is valued. Your story matters. Your wellbeing comes first.
