Celebrating Creativity Through Play

Join Barkingside Art Club and Art for Artist CIC as we celebrate International Day of Play, a global initiative supported by UNICEF and the United Nations.

Why Play Matters

Play supports children’s physical, emotional, social and creative development. It helps young people build resilience, develop friendships, improve wellbeing and gain confidence in expressing themselves.

For many children, especially those with additional needs, creative play can provide opportunities to communicate, connect and engage in ways that traditional learning environments may not always offer.

At Barkingside Art Club, we are committed to creating inclusive, accessible and welcoming spaces where every child can explore, create and thrive.
