Linda Bakodi
My name is Linda Bakodi and I’m an Illustrator and Graphic Designer based in East London. I am originally from Hungary but I have been living in the UK for over six years. I studied Visual Communication in Aberdeen College and Multimedia Development at Robert Gordon University.
I like to use traditional media blending with digital techniques. I scan my sketches first and then I import them into Photoshop. Most of the time I use textures on different layers to give depth to my final outcomes. I think it is a clever way to keep a hand-drawn style. My collages are mostly traditional cut paper collages and they include magazine and newspaper clippings and hand painted paper.
